Team Chevy Truck's Kawasaki Team rider Ezra Lusk has been
putting in some great rides the past four weeks in the EA Sports Supercross
Series. After a slow start to the Supercross season, Ezra has been in the top 5
overall at three of the last four races. Ezra came to life in Minneapolis
riding a strong heat race to make the main event. He then went on to run in the
top 3 for most of the main until a small crash near the end of the race put him
back to 5th place.
At Atlanta, Ezra came from near the
back of the pack in the main and carved his way through traffic to finish 8th
place. The Daytona Supercross saw Ezra ride a strong race on a treacherous
track to finish 3rd overall. Daytona was Ezra's first Podium finish of the 2002
Supercross Season. This past weekend at New Orleans, Ezra rode well and
finished 5th Overall for another top finish. Ezra is now in the top 5 in the
Overall Supercross Series points race. He is fighting it out with his Kawasaki
teammate Stephane Roncada and Yamaha's Jeremy McGrath to see who will finish in
3rd Place in the Final Supercross Series Points Championship.
Ezra would like to thank all his
fans and his sponsors for their continued support this year and for visiting
his web site.
